These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this work-permit electronic approval and signature platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” means this website and the electronic approval, signature, and verification services provided through it.
• “User”, “you” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including senders, signatories, notifiers, and administrators.
• “Document” means any permit or file created, uploaded, sent, signed, or verified through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised by your organisation and have legal capacity to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Electronic signatures and legal effect

The Platform enables electronic signatures. By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and that signed documents may be relied upon and enforced accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing each Document before signing and for ensuring you are authorised to sign it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, including its verification and audit functions.
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures.

5. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of the Documents and content you submit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content and for obtaining any necessary consents from the individuals named in your Documents.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in the Platform other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

7. Availability and “as is” service

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to protect the security or integrity of the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operating organisation is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the “last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
